Shopper-Aide is looking for a manager to maintain our support for older people in Kintyre through our variety of services – shopping, housekeeping, social activities and an attached laundry service with a complement of 14 staff, (full and part time) throughout Kintyre along with volunteers.
The post requirement includes ensuring the smooth running of our services, knowledge of budgeting/accounts systems (preferably SAGE), banking, sourcing funding, ensuring contracts/disclosures are updated and liaising with other organisations for the benefit of clients.
The successful candidate will have;
- Experience in working in a team with a variety of different services
- The ability to multitask
- Make quick decisions.
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Clean driving licence
35 hour week Monday to Friday, 35 days holiday, Salary £27,600 plus pension contribution.
